Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the prohibited conduct on BidNeeds™. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these rules. Violations may result in immediate account removal, permanent ban, and cooperation with law enforcement where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BidNeeds:

Fraud

Any attempt to deceive, defraud, or mislead other users or the platform.

Spam

Sending unsolicited, repetitive, or promotional messages through the platform.

Harassment

Targeting another user with unwanted, intimidating, or abusive conduct.

Threats

Making threats of violence, harm, or any form of intimidation toward any person.

Fake Reviews

Posting, soliciting, or paying for reviews that do not reflect genuine experiences.

Fake Accounts

Creating accounts under false identities or impersonating another person or business.

Data Scraping

Automated extraction, harvesting, or collection of data from the platform.

Circumventing Rules

Attempting to bypass lead credit requirements, verification, or safety mechanisms.

Illegal Activities

Using the platform for any activity that violates Canadian federal or provincial law.

Consequences of Violation

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice. Serious violations — including fraud, harassment, threats, hate speech, identity theft, impersonation, extortion, blackmail, criminal activity, money laundering, and review manipulation — fall under our Zero-Tolerance Policy and will result in immediate permanent removal. BidNeeds reserves the right to cooperate with Canadian law enforcement agencies when required by law.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter any prohibited activity on BidNeeds, please report it through our Safety Center. Our trust and safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
